A Californian’s Life as an Expat in Mozambique and Scotland

Hello! I am from the Bay Area, California. In 2013, I moved to Scotland to attend the University of Edinburgh, then to Mozambique from 2017 to 2023. Now, I am wandering. I started this blog in 2014 as a way to share my travels and daily life in the UK with friends and family abroad, as well as to offer my transatlantic perspectives on life from Edinburgh to Oakland. Now, I write less often, but drop in occasional travel and life updates for loved ones far away.
