Hi.

Welcome! I am a California girl who has lived in Scotland and Mozambique - follow my adventures here!

March Wrap-up

It's (sort of) nearing the end of my third year of Uni. Next week is our last week of classes, then we have a two week Easter Holiday and another week off for exam review, then a good month of exams. For me, exams only last two weeks, as I have two in late April and two in early May (and two essay exams to hand in, but I hope to get those out of the way soon). We turned in our last term essays about a week ago, and won the league (and cup) in football in our final match of the season last week, so I feel like things have been wrapping up. As a result, I've had some free time to enjoy the rather nice weather we've been having and hang out with my friends.

We went up Calton Hill on a nice sunny day. This view is sort of representative of how I picture Edinburgh as a city.

And here's another. It's pretty dark in the foreground, but you can see the Pentland Hills in the background.

I went up with Emma, who I just visited in Malaga.

And of course with the nice weather I had to get in a few good runs. Our team did a 20k run to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Foundation (I did 10k with my flatmate and some others because we didn't want to run too long on the asphalt road), and I've done some other Arthur's Seat runs alone.

So sunny and green! Quite springy I'd say.

I found another new trail.

And between all that, I've just been enjoying life.

So there's a little update on what I've been doing lately!
