Over the weekend, my friend and I decided to bake calzones. We went to the store and bought all our ingredients:
mushrooms
cheese
chicken
basil
pancetta
corn
tomato sauce
We already had the flour, milk, olive oil, and salt necessary to make the dough. We made the dough first, and got a pretty good rise!
Once it had risen, been knocked down, and risen some more, we rolled out the dough and began to add our ingredients:
Fold and crimp up the edges, then bake at 220C for about 25 minutes, and it's done!
And then, after everything was eaten (or in the fridge for later) it was time to clean...
We can't wait to do it again!
