MozamJam

A while ago, my friend Polly and I decided that, to keep extra busy during the slower months when we don’t get many tourists, we would start to make jams to sell. We named our company MozamJam. Unfortunately for me, she has since returned to England, but I am carrying on for both of us. So far, we have tested Marula Jelly and Orange Marmalade.

Here is the Marula Jelly. I got labels made as well, and bought some jars which took a loooong time to arrive from South Africa but are now finally here!

Then it was on the Orange Marmalade!

Also, how cool does this orange look? Nature makes the most amazing things…

All that orange cutting and peeling is quite long work, so Victoria stepped up to help me.

And just as an ending note, we found this little guy on the road and helped him across so he wouldn’t be run over.
