When I'm home in California, I run a lot on the trails near my house, especially Huckleberry trail, where I often go with Dill. Over the summer, we did a few Huckleberry runs, and one time she stopped on the trail and said, "look, monkey flower! lets make monkey flower tattoos!" I asked her what that was, and she said she would show me. So, we crouched on the trail and picked sticky monkey flower leaves, pressed them against our skin for 60 seconds, and then rubbed dirt where they had been. This is the result:
